Dear Community,
We have some great news to share with you.
As part of our commitment to strengthening our ecosystem, we have successfully completed a buyback of 100 million tokens from three different exchanges. This is a significant milestone, and we are thrilled with the progress.
We will be making the full details available to you soon, and a wallet address for the buyback will be published on our website for full transparency.
But that's not all! We are excited to announce our plan to buy back another substantial amount of tokens. This next phase will run from now through September and until the end of October '25.
Thank you for your continued support as we build a stronger and more sustainable future together !
Cheers
W Chain Team
@MoneyHacks16 I refinance to pull most or all of my money back out, often ending up with a cash flowing asset for close to zero out ofnpocket cost. I don’t stick to one specific niche I just read the market and adjust accordingly.
@MoneyHacks16 Depends on performance. If a property doesn’t hit the returns I’m targeting, I simply switch it to a buy2let or sell for a profit. My portfolio is roughly 50/50 between flips and long-term rentals. I always buy properties that need work, which keeps the risk low.
@MoneyHacks16 After all running costs, it nets roughly £45k per year . That works out to about 40% cash on cash return on the money invested. Once refinanced it should cash flow even better with very little of my own capital left in the deal.
@MoneyHacks16 my latest one small portion portfolio bought a cottage for £80k, spent £37k refurbishing and splitting it into two small separate units (total all-in £117k). Last calendar year the two units together brought in £55k gross on Airbnb.
