@HMRCcustomers repayment requested almost 5 weeks ago. Do we get to charge you interest for every day we don’t get the refund? Honestly shocking! What’s the best/easiest way to chase this please? Calling is upwards of an hour on hold and not open on weekends…

I had an email about the April increase but nothing about July. Furthermore, my ‘smart meter’ isn’t sending you readings according to the app, so are you guessing my usage on here? It’s not changed for mnths

Absolutely none the wiser. Car due for MOT this month and just had a stone kicked from a car to create a chip. One saying I don’t need a repair, the other saying I do need a repair or face fail, could you advise please @Autoglass

@HMRCcustomers Checked spam folder via push and on the webpage - nothing. Email address is correct as your colleague on the phone asked for it and read back.

@HMRCcustomers seriously. First tax return date has been and gone... Except despite talking to your call centre (almost an hour on hold) and online assistant, and at least 8 emails ‘sent’ I have received not one! I have a penalty somewhere or is there because I can’t even check!

This is all I ever get... When I call, I’m asked the same 6 questions then an email is ‘sent’ check my emails, nothing there, even whilst on the phone I’ve checked and has been resent. So I can’t do my return as I don’t know my gateway number despite having my UTR to hand.

So this is an @Hermesparcels 3 day delivery. Day 5 and still not even close! The sender stayed at their salon until 8pm on both Thursday & Friday as she knew I needed the parcel by today latest! 🤬
