2020 RHP/INF Eric Yost (@FPBaseball_ ) had a day. Pounded glove side fastballs at 84-85; same plane change that hugged the knees at 76-77 MPH while spotting/expanding CB at 69-71 MPH. Also pounded the baseball during live at-bats. #beseen

Parents, when watching your son play, stay as far away from the dugout as you can get. Believe me he doesn’t want you there, nor does he need instruction on every pitch/at bat. This is their time, not yours! Drop them off go down the lines, and watch, that’s all you have to do
