We’ve had confirmation from @TUIUK the hotel is transitioning to adults only, a significant change, but are refusing a refund without a penalty.

@SundiaFethiye - in mid July you informed our party that Sundia Exclusive by Liberty Fethiye will be transitioning to an adults only policy from May 2025.

@TUIUK are stating that this is NOT the case, and will still apply cancellation fees.

Please both confirm.

@TUIUK - what’s the issue with the Lakeside branch and the telephone? No one ever answers! Booking an appointment is impossible unless you take a trip down there in person to book it… & you’re unlikely to get one that day too.

@Vitality_UK after chasing for a response about a claim for a week, to keep being told I can wait to hear back… spent at least 2 hours on the phone. Today, after over an hour on hold, the calls keep dropping off and I’m still no further in the process! #unhappycustomer
