In Saudi Arabia, you’re in Jeddah — the first Canadian PM in 26 years — cozying up to MBS, signing deals, and claiming public condemnation is “an ineffective strategy.”

One is an “evil regime” that must be overthrown. The other is a “valued partner” worthy of a $1 billion trade mission.
