@SouthernRailUK you’re a joke. When I’m forced to walk home to Horley from Gatwick airport because your train driver didn’t stop, or your announcement at Victoria was wrong, I’m expecting more than delay and repay.

@SouthernRailUK I appreciate the apology, but this didn’t stop that I had to walk home from Gatwick to Horley, which isn’t very nice at gone 23:00. Alternatives were wait over 20 minutes for a bus, get a taxi, or a train to Redhill and back.

@SouthernRailUK As sure as I can be. Departed from platform 16. Unless you can find another train that was due to leave around the same time that did have the additional stops, then it was definitely this one, because the board and announcement was for a train additionally stopping at Horley.

@SouthernRailUK It was the 22:24 from Victoria to, I think, Brighton. It was announced, and on the board, that additional stops would be made at Redhill, Earlswood, Salfords and Horley.
