Heavy marketing, endorsements and lifetime guarantees but issues within the first week of use and refusal to issue a replacement. Performance doesn’t live up to the hype, nor the warranty. Please beware. @GordonRamsay

@hexclad given the price/marketing hype/lifetime warranty, it feels like I’ve been sold on the marketing/celebrity ‘dream’ and the reality is not standing up. Really keen to get this resolved and regain back positive cooking experience.

@hexclad after much hype and excitement I was bought a Hexclad product as a Xmas gift. Given the hype/endorsements from @GordonRamsay & others about performance, I’ve had an unexpected issue which I can only deem as a manufacturing defect that cust serv not recognising as a fault
