Can we all give a shout out to Staff Sgt. Hannah Davis the U.S. Marine band vocalist!
She absolutely crushed it tonight at UFC Freedom 250!
Amazing voice & American War Fighter.
Thank you for your service 🫡 🇺🇸
This UFC flyover at the White House is badass. I just wish they had put the entire event for free on CBS so it wasn’t behind a paywall. Would have liked the largest possible audience to be able to see this live.
I CRIED WHEN I READ THIS
A parent’s home will always remain open for their children…
even after arguments, distance, disappointment, or years apart.
But many parents quietly realize that once their children grow up,
they slowly stop having a place in their children’s busy lives.
Parents spend their whole life saving money for their children’s future…
while many children grow up counting every expense spent on their parents.
A mother will stay awake all night if her child is sick…
but many parents silently stare at their phones waiting for a simple call that never comes.
Parents forgive their children again and again without keeping score.
But as they grow older, they often fear becoming a burden to the very people they once carried in their arms.
The painful truth is:
when we are young, our parents feel permanent.
So we delay the visits.
The hugs.
The conversations.
The appreciation.
Until one day…
the chair they used to sit in stays empty forever.
And suddenly, all the busy days that felt “important” no longer matter at all.
Love your parents gently while you still can.
Call them more.
Sit with them longer.
Listen to their stories patiently.
Because one day, you will realize:
no one in this world will ever love you
as quietly, deeply, and selflessly as they did.

People don’t realize that you can actually push someone so far that they no longer want anything to do with you anymore. This applies to friendships, relationships, or even family. Sometimes, people assume that because you love them, whether as a friend, partner, or family member you will continue to tolerate anything, disrespect, neglect, hurtful actions , lack of effort, or emotional stress.
Everyone has limits, and there is only so much one person can take before they choose peace over connection.
Even the most patient, kind-hearted person can reach their breaking point. When someone continuously feels unappreciated, misunderstood, or mistreated, they can reach a place where they emotionally disconnect. And once someone emotionally disconnects, it is very hard to repair that relationship.
Remember Derby Bob? He died today. Godspeed Bob Weihe. Thank you to everyone who helped us make his final wish come true:

Every morning in Frankfurt, Germany, you might catch a glimpse of Jenny, a horse who goes on a long walk every morning, all by herself.
She has been taking the same route every morning for 14 years, ever since her owner, now 79 years old, became unable to ride. She enjoys greeting all of the familiar faces along the way, and she stops and gets treats and pettings from some of her favorite humans.
The locals treat her like a celebrity and happily clean up after her.
A piece of paper is attached to her halter that reads, “My name is Jenny. I didn’t run away, I’m just walking. Thank you.” But the police get calls frequently from people who don’t know about the arrangement.
They are very familiar with the horse and the owner, and there have been no incidents in 14 years. A local veterinarian gives her routine checkups and continues to find her to be healthy and showing no anxiety about her unique lifestyle.
Another big arrival early this morning! 💙
Just 10 minutes before Together Forever (IRE) delivered her JUSTIFY colt, and just across the way in the same barn, champion STELLAR WIND foaled a beautiful JUSTIFY colt of her own.
Quite the morning in the foaling barn.

Amazing effort from jockey Dean Parker. After being dislodged from Bazini. He had the courage and skill to flag him down and get him back under control.
One of the more incredible efforts I have ever seen. Captured by Sharna Rogers-Brigden

It's a girl! @LouisvilleZoo announces the birth on Sunday of a Masai giraffe. Weighing 190 lbs. and measuring 74 inches tall, the yet-to-be-named calf was up and walking within moments.
I sold Ocelli for 12k, yesterday he ran 3rd in the @KentuckyDerby & won 500k.
And gues what? I'm celebrating.
Because of what this means for everything we still have.
Ocelli's brothers just became a lot more valuable. His mom Zalia is now a queen.
The bloodline we've been building for years just got validated on the biggest stage in racing.
One horse running 3rd at @ChurchillDowns does more for your breeding program than a decade of "he has potential" conversations ever could.
But there's a bigger lesson here.
Everyone passed on Ocelli because he had a "weird gait." Moved different. Didn't fit the template.
Turns out that weird gait was elite. Top 3 in the world elite.
The market constantly undervalues things that don't fit the mold. In horses. In real estate. In people.
The ones who move different aren't always broken.
Sometimes they're just built for something the rest of us can't see yet.
Yesterday was the most watched Kentucky Derby of all time…19.6 million for telecast and 24.4 million for actual race
It was higher rated than basically every sporting event besides the NFL and College Football title game
It’s crazy how much the Derby continues to grow
