If all you ate today was a potato, you would still obtain all of the essential nutrients your body needs in a day except B12. B12 is synthesized by bacteria in the soil BUT the way we grow our food has changed which has disabled this process. Plants or not, take a b12 supplement.
Where do I get my protein? Same place your protein gets their protein. PLANTS! There are certain amino acids you must obtain from your diet which derive from plants & microbes in the soil. My point, get your nutrients from plants not animals.

@Fletch12B PREACH🙌 Personally I think reiterating it so it becomes a conscious thought that crosses their mind. Also developing an understanding that the choices they make as individuals does have an impact. The changes may seem minuscule but it all contributes to a bigger picture.
