So in that time, she spoke to Mrs Okeefe. Then sat with Paul and the kids. Then packed her things.

Summary “dismissal or default”
1) The judge received information, but never said from who or what the information was.
2) The judge referenced a post on X as the evidence that someone had violated the court order. But did not share what the post was or what it said.
3)The judge continued to scold and admonish the attorneys, while not allow allowing them to be heard or sharing any actual evidence or facts.
4) The judge suspended Michael Proctor‘s deposition and obligation to produce discovery and said he could possibly make it permanent. That only hurts Karen Read not the other side.
5) The judge then asked the attorneys to enter into an agreed order that would allow him to do what the code does not allow him to do: dismiss the case against Karen Read or grant a default judgment to the Okeefes based on discovery violations.
6) Based on the fact that the judge called an emergency hearing where nobody was heard, he acted on rumor from a source he didn’t name and there was no due process, I cannot imagine anyone would give this judge more discretion or more power than is allowed in the code.
7)He seemed to state that if they don’t give him more power than is allowed in the code, he will enter an order using his plenary power.

I don’t know who is protecting Michael Proctor and the house suspects. But if you live in Massachusetts, and this doesn’t terrify the shit out of you, you need to educate yourself.

Dear World,
I take great exception to Matt McCabe’s spineless email where he cries about Turtleboy to the governor, the attorney general and many others. These officials have been entrusted by taxpayers with a broad range of powers and they do not serve your personal interests. My grievances are:
1. Can’t you at least spell “opportunity”correctly given your audience and the nature of the situation.
2. Matt’s brother Sean called my wife’s phone and then I spoke to him for a few minutes. It was clearly a threat. He pretended he was a supporter of Deitch and invited me to Squantum (part of Quincy). He said that there would be certain “experts” there. I considered this a threat.
Same Sean who threatened to kill Aidan Kearney.
3. Matt’s sister in law, Denise Galvin, and her husband Bob, have also harassed me. For what? Voicing my opinion. So having to listen to this whiny clown complain about Aidan being mean to them really strikes a nerve.
4. When you called John your friend, don’t you mean “the guy?” The guy who you said “never went in the house.”

📌This email confirms something many suspected: Matthew McCabe wasn't just filing complaints, he was personally lobbying top state and federal officials to escalate the case against Aidan Kearney.

On October 31, 2024, McCabe emailed DA Michael Morrissey, Acting U.S. Attorney Josh Levy, Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove, and numerous investigators demanding additional criminal charges against Aidan.

He claimed the DOJ's investigation into the Karen Read case had "emboldened" Aidan, complained that the existing witness intimidation prosecution "has done nothing," and urged prosecutors to do more.

The irony is impossible to ignore. Instead of addressing why the public lost confidence in the investigation, the focus appears to have been on prosecuting the journalist exposing inconsistencies and asking uncomfortable questions.

Whether you agree with everything Aidan has said or not, this email shows an extraordinary effort to persuade prosecutors to increase criminal charges against one of the investigation's most vocal critics.

The public deserves transparency, not secret lobbying behind closed doors. Every email like this helps explain why so many people questioned whether the witness intimidation case was truly about protecting witnesses or about silencing criticism.
