It was football's greatest fairytale.

In 10 years, non-league Wimbledon climbed to the top flight and FA Cup glory.

And they did it the dirty way. Literally.

In the week before the FA Cup final, captain Vinnie Jones banned his squad from showering or brushing their teeth.

In the tunnel, he growled at Liverpool's legendary manager Kenny Dalglish: "I'm gonna rip your head off and shit in the hole".

Before the final, Liverpool released a song called The Anfield Rap, and Jones told the press: "We’ve got our own song. It's called You’ll Never Walk Again”.

He was true to his word. Moments into the game he flew in with a thunderbastard of a foul on Steve McMahon.

Wimbledon went on to win 1-0, but manager Bobby Gould lamented later: “After the game, I got let down. Vinnie did something disgraceful.”

As Gould posed with the cup, Jones thrust his knob in the gaffer's face.
