@SW_Help I've been waiting at Norbiton station for a rail replacement bus for 30 minutes. Nothing has arrived going to Clapham Junction and there should have been buses at 18:15 & 18:30. How do I get a full refund on my ticket and how do I get home?

@TLRailUK The 8:00 from Burgess Hill to Brighton has been packed for last few weeks because it's only 8 coaches when it used to be 12. When will it be 12 coaches again?

@TLRailUK Hi - my main issue is that the service used to be 12 coaches, but around 3-4 weeks ago it reduced to 8, for no obvious reason. Now that college students are back from their holidays the service is packed and there's barely any room to stand, let alone sit down.
