Five-time Paralympian Michael Roeger gave it all he had in the 1500m T46, doing all the work over three and three quarter laps. Pipped with 50m to go, the distance legend clocked 3:51.19 for silver.

I’m swimming 20km in Feb in the Starlight Swim Challenge to raise funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
