@united please explain why, when I pay to select a seat, more times than not, United moves my seat anywhere they please, gives the seat I paid for away and basically says “tough luck”.
@AmericanAir Unacceptable communication. Flight was delayed due to crew time out after a passenger demanded to be let off the plane after the boarding door was shut and locked. Not weather. Getting confirmation at 5 am for an 8 am departure after a 17 hour delay.
@AmericanAir update AA 594 from LIR to MIA PLEASE. Told flight canceled and resch for tomorrow but no confirmation and app times are all over the place. Forced off flight and out of airport. No idea when we need to be back
@SixtUSA in Birmingham in your rental. Seat broke which is also causing electronic issue so can’t use navigation. Have to drive back to Florida tomorrow. Customer service offers no solution other than “find a bmw dealer to fix it” which we already tried.
@gympasshelp my husband has been trying to cancel his useless traniac membership for MONTHS. We have sent many email requests. No phone number to call. Still getting charged every month. HOW CAN WE CANCEL THIS MEMBERSHIP?!?
@trainiacfit what is going on?!? Why are you still charging our card after my husband cancelled many months ago?!? No reply to email? And when trying to access app to confirm cancel it just says “you are on a wait list”.
@united among other debacles we paid for 5 upgraded seats on a long haul flight from Newark to Cape Town. Seats given away AFTER we checked in and had paper boarding passes in hand. Ended up in basic Econ scattered throughout plane. Need refund for $ for upgraded seats

@FlyFrontier someone please explain how I paid to select seats over 3 mo ago. Selected. Double checked 6 days ago and suddenly no seats selected day before travel. But “nothing they can do” and “no refund allowed for seat selection cost”
