@robshahverdyan @wasse_m @LessneVIR @SocietyAccess @VASAMD @VASBImedia @jflucas3 @CKeithOzaki @dialysisaccess1 No harder than a bypass. Taking the “easy” and “least invasive” approach is how the patient ended up with this here. I doubt it’s going to be solution but happy to be wrong. Good luck

The disease here seems more a consequence of the way the stent protrudes into the SCV

Either open thrombectomy with angioplasty of that lesion now or leave it for 10-14 days then percutaneous graft thrombectomy and angioplasty of the subclavian. Unfortunately for the patient, the natural history of this graft is not going to be a good one
