@HMRCcustomers I need some help with a Self Assessment. When I call and go through all the options I get a message saying you can’t deal with my call and the call ends. Your digital assistant just sends me to articles I’ve already read. What should I do?

@HMRCcustomers But I don’t have any of those documents at all for the years I need to file. All I have is income + tax numbers from my online tax account. But when I file I’m asked about taxable benefits like healthcare, which I’ve had.

@HMRCcustomers I’ve changed jobs since and have no contact with the previous employers. One of them no longer exists as a business.

@HMRCcustomers I did receive a P11D but I did not keep them - so I don’t have it for any of the 3 tax periods I have to submit. My tax code was wrong for 22/23 and 23/24. I underpaid a lot then overpaid a lot. Which is why I tried to speak to you to check the details.

@HMRCcustomers I can see those figures on there yes, so I’ve used those. Doesn’t tell me anything about taxable benefits. I was also keen for someone to look over the entries as it’s the first time I’ve had to do this and my tax codes have been a bit of a catastrophe.
