@StarbucksSouth My daughter(14) promised to buy hubby and I Starbucks for Christmas💗 We went to Clearwater mall branch today, ordered a vanilla latte coffee &mocha coffee, and left. When we got home we realized they did not put any coffee in our drinks 😨 So disappointed ☹️

I would like to request urgent assistance in clearing the block on my son’s ID number on the eHome Affairs portal, so that he can apply for his ID & passport which he needs urgently as we plan to travel in the last week of June. We started application in Dec-2021

@HomeAffairsSA After waiting weeks for an appointment for my kids passports, today the system is offline and we were told we must just rebook. Or go to the branch. In December I applied for my passport at the branch and was in the queue for 8 hours. This system is so broken 😡

Discovery Health pays thousands of Rands a month for their treatment, but will now let them live in a hazardous environment for a whole week because no assessor will come out. I am very disappointed at Discovery Insure’s lack of communication and service☹️

@Discovery_SA Our home flooded early on Sunday due to a burst pipe. I lodged a claim first thing Mon morning, was promised an assessor would call - numerous follow up calls and emails later they finally called at 4pm today. But the 1st appointment to assess is next Monday!

The assessor proudly said that Discovery had authorized them to bring dehumidifiers - but what good will these do if only brought 8 days after the flood! We are on day 3 and the smell is already unbearable. We have 2 kids with Immune deficiency, who are at serious risk here.
