Russland will Charkiw ausbomben. Und russische Gleitbomben zerstören alles an der Front. Wenn wir gelähmt zusehen, versagen wir historisch. Was können wir tun?

1. Sofort zwei weitere Patriot-Systeme für die Ukraine zur Verfügung stellen und damit andere Staaten zum Mittun drängen, auch wenn das zeitweise höhere Risiken für uns selbst und Änderungen von Einmeldungen und Plänen bei der NATO erfordert.

2. Ähnlich wie Tschechien es bei Munition macht - alte Hawk-Flugabwehrsysteme und Lenkwaffen bei Hawk-Betreibern finden, kaufen und in die Ukraine bringen.

3. Alles tun, um die F/16-Initiative zu beschleunigen und zu unterstützen.

4. Mit Luftverteidigungssystemen an der Ostflanke russische Marschflugkörper und Drohnen über der Ukraine abschießen.

5. Humanitäre Hilfe und Generatoren/mobile Kraftwerke nach Charkiw und ins Umland von Charkiw bringen.

6. Infrastrukturen, Kraftwerke, Wasserleitungen in Charkiw schnell reparieren oder zumindest notdürftig im Betrieb halten. Schnell die notwendigen Mittel und Ersatzteile dafür bereitstellen, Unternehmen bei ihrer Hilfe unterstützen.

7. Klare drastische Konsequenzen für Russland formulieren und diese sofort in Kraft setzen, wenn die Bombardierung weitergeht: Entzug von Visa, Beschlagnahmung von Vermögen, Lieferung neuer Kategorien von Waffen an die Ukraine, vollständiges Abkoppeln Russlands von SWIFT, Blockade von Häfen für russische Schiffe.

8. Sanktionen und Strafen gegen alle deutschen und europäischen Firmen, deren Bauteile und Komponenten in russischen Raketen, Bomben und Drohnen gefunden werden.
