He isn’t the villain for making the wish. He’s the villain for her asking him to kill her to put her out of her misery and him replying „is it so bad to be with me“

Everyone has been dragging him for being selfish, but if you actually analyze the logic of the One Wish Willow helpline, Bear isn't the villain, he’s the victim of a catastrophic corporate bait-and-switch.
Think about it technically
🔹 The System Overrode Him: Bear didn't ask the helpline to erase Nikki's free will or turn her into a zombie. He just made a regular human wish during a moment of grief. It was the predatory corporate algorithm that decided to lazily copy-paste his dead cat's behavioral profile because it lacked human data.
🔹 The Real Monster is the Tech: He didn't build the glitching entity; a multi-billion-dollar corporate system did. Dragging Bear for what happened to Nikki is like blaming a consumer for a software glitch that bricks their phone.
He didn't break a person. A broken, automated system scammed him, destroyed the girl he loved, and trapped him in a horrific psychological loop forever. He paid the ultimate price for a customer service error. #ObsessionMovie
