Fewer men are in senior employment positions.
In the modern femicentric corporate sector and government, led by soy men and dick-driven men, they prioritize equality instead of merit and competence because competent men will enforce discipline and frugality, things that soy men and corporate women don't want (Discipline, Order and Commitment.)
More men are in lower cadres because men fix problems. Because problems leak from the foundation.
More men are in entry-level positions because they are there to earn skills and have where to begin their lives or a starting point.
Men love work because work is masculine.
Men love to create, innovate, build, and construct.
Men see solutions and results.
Women see dresses, cars, phones, jewellery, vacations, wine, and shoes. — Still, things built by men.
Women rush to senior positions because there is no actual work there—just a nice office, free WiFi, 10 o'clock tea, and conference allowances.
The consequences of filling senior positions with unfettered oestrogen are chaos, protests, and the death of institutions.
Also, today, fewer men are seeking formal employment. They prefer running their errands.
Man finds fulfilment when the work of his hands and the fragrance of his sweat put food on his family's table.
No man wants to be shouted at by a lazy, fat woman sitting in the executive office giving ridiculous instructions and yelling at every man.
So, it shouldn't surprise you that more women earn more than men.
Men should avoid joining positions, careers or institutions that are filled with women. Their future is gloom. Look at the media. It is done.
Once they mess these institutions with femicentric ideologies, they abandon them hoping a man will come to revive them.
There are more opportunities in industries and careers where women are avoiding, and these opportunities come dressed in boilersuits and coveralls.
Go for them.
Don't whine. The world is crooked.
Don't be bothered that women are earning more. Just focus on your work.
Man is work, and work is man!
