SWIGGY INDIA customer care seems to be a "no customer care". Last 10 days was nightmare trying to get them to understand a situation. Still don't have a humane response. Seem to be mechanical, with no investigation and no empathy to the customer. @Swiggy

@Swiggy @harshamjty @SwiggyCares couldn't provide a logical explanation to this. We don't mind being charged a cancellation fee equal to the deliver charges. But charging cancellation for full order value is illogical for a long lasting food item.
