So i used @evonestop for a rolec charger and they delivered the wrong colour charger. They now expect me to make a 30-40 minute round trip to drop the incorrect item off at their nominated carrier, rather than arrange collection. Poor service i think. Thoughts please ?

After many years of installing only @RolecEV chargers i fear i have may just installed my last as i have just been tokd tgey will only pay me £40 to rerurn to the job and fix replacment faukty oarts under warranty 1.5hr riund trip plus time there and diesel dosent seem fair !

Rhankyou all for your feedback on the cert, i agree there are a few issues with it. A customer asked me my thoughts on it and i pretty much agreed with all your points.
