@frank_lunchbox @EricSpracklen Sorry, but as i've mentioned, student loans are no longer on hold and the minimum loan payment is over $1500. There is no more discretionary income. No one in my age group can afford to rent a whole house–maybe a studio apt.

@EricSpracklen The reality is they never thought they would have to repay those student loans–and with the minimum loan payment exceeding $1500 dollars a month they now have a totality of expenses including a mortgage that they cannot afford.
