@virginmedia Struggling to leave Virgin Media after an unsuccessful One Touch Switch. Both suppliers blaming the other. I need to cancel Virgin services but struggling to do so!

@youfibre Your "One Touch Switch" hasn't worked and I am still connected to Virgin media two weeks after installation of YouFibre. Nobody seems to want to help me solve the issue with each provider blaming the other! I'm currently paying for 2 services. Please help!
