@SunwingVacay - so you had two flights leaving from same gate at same time today to Orlando - clearly an error on your part as the weather was ok to fly this am as your other flight got out; so, I have 4 kids stranded at YYZ - no car and no credit card and no way out. Shame on u.

@AirCanada have been on hold for 3 hours. Love flying with you as I often do but my goodness … hire more people to answer the phone as sadly they get the angry peeps who have been on hold. I will not be angry as it is not their fault. But you can do better.
