@MillerandCarter I would appreciate knowing how you are going to change your reward scheme for non drinkers and people who are sensible and do not want to drink and drive. Your previous reward scheme was much better as no alcohol was involved.

@MillerandCarter Very disappointed with your new reward scheme. I visit regularly but I am teetotal and the new rewards are mostly for Alchohol. 3 stamps is a wine treat 8 and 12 you get a free bottle of Moët champagne. Also when you changed reward schemes I lost 3 stamps.

My daughter ordered a pair of Skechers sandals on 03/04 Order no 21777919. They have still not arrived and the tracking is not giving any information. Could you find out what’s happened to them and why they haven’t arrived.

I think the app is very frustrating and annoying. You can’t get enough diamonds to buy hardly anything or play any of the extra scenes. I think you should get a lot more free diamonds. It would give a much better story experience

@LlandegfeddLake Very disappointed today as drove 40 mins to Llandegfedd reservoir for breakfast only to find the cafe closed. Nothing on the website to indicate this was the case. I rang to ask when they are reopening and they could not say when this would be. Such a shame!

@qrsupport Your customer service is APPALLING. Still no contact from you regarding my Complaint. You would have left my daughter stranded in Doha airport during the Covid pandemic. The flight she had to book to avoid this should be REFUNDED

@qrsupport My daughter was flying from Sydney to Cardiff via Doha you cancelled the flight from Doha to Cardiff but never notified her. She booked alternate flight from Doha to Heathrow to avoid being stranded in Doha but you’ve refused to refund cost. I’ve sent complaint in dm
