After 1hr 50, advice from a v disinterested& sleepy rep was that they can’t do anything, it’ll be a failed delivery, call back when that happens. Obv I don’t have anything better to do than spend ANOTHER 2hrs on hold… Then he HUNG UP on me #ThanksRoyalMail #CustomerServiceFail

Redelivery on app NEVER works @RoyalMail @parcelforce, so trying 2speak to a human. 1hr40 on hold &counting. For 25mins the wait time was “36mins” & “34mins” for another 25mins. Interesting how time works for these companies. Hold music is soul destroying. #GoingPostal

@premierinn Or, wouldn’t it be nice if I could book the room I need without @premierinn creating extra steps and additional labour for me? A bit like not picking up the phone in the hotel… customer service feels like it needs a significant review.

@premierinn Trying to book another room now, fraught with difficulties. newest York hotel hasn’t picked up today. @ least York North picked up, but can’t book the room I want online, have to book a different room online then ring them back 2swap booking. It’d be nice if things were easy.

@premierinn There’s not much to look into. I messaged you about this at the time. Noone picked up the entire time I visited. Perhaps look@ why “accessible” rooms are furthest away from reception/lifts. I noted the Plus room r right outside the lifts. This isn’t unique 2the Blackfriars branch

@tetleyuk These are awful. Bought "passion fruit/mango" & "summer fruits". They don't taste like any of those things. No wonder - majority ingredient is white hibiscus/hibiscus. No indication on front of box that they're actually hibiscus flavour, or wouldn't have bought. Disappointing.
