His name is Drew Owens, he's 31 and he's been arrested 6 times in Charlotte NC alone.

Back in February 2025, police say he sent threats to five CMS schools, Hawk Ridge Elementary, Community House Middle, Ardrey Kell and West Charlotte High, and Garinger High. Investigators say he laid out actual mass sh00ting plans for them.

He was charged with five felony counts of threatening mass violence on school property.

On Friday night, he posted bond and by Saturday morning, he walked out.

Charlotte school kids go back to class on TUESDAY.

One mom said it was her number one fear: "If he gets out, when will he get out, and will we know?"

Well, he's out, and it gets worse.

His OWN FATHER went to police.

He said his son had been harassing family, neighbors, and friends.

Sending threatening letters.
Sitting outside their homes.
His father even said Owens went to West Charlotte High and photographed his car, police believe to try to lure him out.

His own father took out a restraining order against him.

One neighbor said she is "constantly in fear for my life."

The USPS Published its Mail-In-Ballot Rules For the Midterm Elections...This is HUGE.

The USPS just published a new rule implementing Trump’s executive order on mail-in ballots.

States that want the Postal Service to handle their mail-in or absentee ballots must now:

-Turn over a list of every voter getting a ballot

-Put unique serialized barcodes on both the outgoing and return envelopes

If a state refuses USPS will not deliver those ballots.

A judge appointed by Obama has temporarily blocked the rule from starting. They published it anyway so it can go live the second the courts lift that block for the Midterms

We are statutorily required under the “DNA Fingerprint Act of 2005” to receive and process collected DNA samples from federally convicted offenders, arrestees, and non-U.S. citizen detainees.

These samples are required to be sent to the FBI Laboratory Division (LD) for processing – we get around 50k a month. This literally solves crimes across the country, like unsolved homicides, mass shootings, sexual assaults, and other violent offenses.

There had been a massive backlog at the FBI Lab for decades. On August 1, 2024, the pending DNA backlog for these samples was over 1.81 million, literally breaking federal statutory requirements. A typical example of institutionalized bureaucracy from prior leadership that left crimes across America unsolved.

When we got here, we changed it. This FBI dedicated more resources, more equipment, improved IT systems, and used business analytics for DNA processing.

TODAY - that DNA backlog is officially at ZERO.

Just more evidence of the monumental and necessary changes made by this FBI. Thank you, FBI Lab Division.

We got word that there were around 50 children in our city who were suspected victims of sex trafficking. We wanted to go get them. That is the whole job. That is why you put on the badge.

Our city attorney stopped us. He told us that under state law, we'd be the ones in violation. Not the traffickers. Us. And it wouldn't be me who paid for it. It would be the officer who actually knocked on that door. He'd be charged. He'd lose his pension. He'd lose his livelihood.

So we did the reasonable thing. We wrote to Sacramento and asked the Attorney General to help us find a way. One question: can we go check on these kids?

The answer came back in writing. No.

I keep that response because people don't believe me when I describe it. They think it's hyperbole, or politics, or some wild-eyed conspiracy theory. It isn't. It's a letter. It's the state of California telling a police department to leave trafficked children where they are.

It happened in my town. I have no reason to believe my town is unique.
