@MooreGovernor @russes @leeroyj40850224 Also, we don’t hire for contract. People we hire are full time employees who are paid on the bench between projects. We are an engineering services company not contract staffing.

@russes @MooreGovernor @leeroyj40850224 I feel like I’ve tried everything. Maybe it’s different types of engineering? Our skill set is lucky to have 5 graduates a year from colleges like Michigan State. Those get swept up by OEM’s and Tier 1’s.
