That you're not doing it on purpose. If I could I would. Do they think I want to live like this? That I want to see the worst in everything. I'm manic depressed with OCD. My brain chemistry is causing this. I can't help it. I can't try any harder. I'm so frustrated. AHHH!

You expended all you possess to be timely, medicate correctly think, speak & see positively, healthy sleep routine, enessence give your all to overcome the symptoms & challenges of bipolar. Even those closest don't get that it's the disease & not "you" not trying hard enough.
