You know when I lost my partner, my 4 kids lost their Dad. They were 3, 5, 6 and 15yrs old. I couldn’t afford childcare, I had no family to help me. We were forced onto UC. We were grieving. Never wanted to rely on the state but sometimes life can fuck you over. But to be told it’s my fault when obviously this can happen to anyone is wild. This is like migrants for wanting a better life. You see it’s always people who’ve been through shit who have empathy. What is society if you refuse to help others in their time of need? You’d phone 999 in an emergency right? People are not illegals, they’re human beings who deserve the help we were lucky enough to receive. Just coz someone looks different from you doesn’t make them any less deserving. FFS people please find some empathy, they don’t risk their lives for fuck all. Blame the people in power not the people with none. Thanks if you got to the end.

@Mistyswoman I collapsed, and my heart stopped. Waited two hours on an ambulance. As I was out of the area, I was sent home to see my own GP. When I did see him a week later,I was in heart failure. Transferred to hospital to get emergency open heart surgery, I had a heart attack in the way.
