@Noahpinion The technology is nothing short of a human made miracle. What disappointed is the stupidity of the masses. They fell for russian propaganda and voted to stop deploying this amazing tech.
@gabrichidze@_vulcansalute@TowardsSun22 This can be said by any human population on Earth. So by this logic there are no indigeneous nations on Earth at all.
@Danmar_here@iyzebhel The level of brain retardation of the OP and people agreeing with him in this thread is astonishing. And these people also get a vote in elections 😳 we were doomed.
I don't talk about Ukraine because it's so far removed from Japan but this is something so-called "migrant rights groups" bring up constantly: Why is Japan letting in Ukrainians but not Muslims?
Let me explain this very clearly: there are very few Ukrainians in Japan but those that live here have shown nothing but love and respect for Japan.
Many of them work at cafes, restaurants and actually learnt Japanese. They are not trying to convert us. They are not supporting China or Islamic terrorism.
They are actually working, respecting our culture and so on. Most of them want to go back once the war is over.
We don't care if you don't like it. We don't care about your third worldist opinions about how evil the west is, how bad white people are or why Muslims deserve to be let in.
We don't care. We take in almost no refugees with a few exceptions for people who are compatible. The Ukrainians have shown that they are compatible with us and we have no trouble having them here.
I don’t think people realize how BIG SpaceX @Starlink V3 Satellites are when deployed.
When stowed inside Starship, they’re 7 m wide.
When deployed in Orbit, Starlink V3 Satellites have a 60 m (197 ft) wingspan, which is the same size as a Boeing 787’s wingspan. Huge.
Starship is designed to carry SIXTY of these.
If you have not heard this news story, it is pretty big in the chemistry world. Being able to break down polyethylene cheaply is a big deal. It makes waste plastic more valuable, which makes it less likely people will just throw it into rivers where it flushes into the oceans.
After seizing Auchan, Nestlé and Leroy Merlin, Putin today seized Russian assets of German retailer Metro AG as well.
That’s the price of staying in Russia after 2022, calling it “neutrality,” and paying taxes that helped bankroll the war.
Zero sympathy.
Times Trump has asked Ukraine to stop bombing ruSSian diesel : 5
Times Trump has asked putin to stop murdering Ukrainians : 0
Tells you everything you need to know.
This is why russians are terrorizing Ukrainian civilians. Not out strength but out of weakness.
The russian front near Lyman is collapsing. Ukrainian forces have pushed russian troops back by 9 km, liberated Dibrova and Piskunivka, and are advancing toward Torske.
Russian troops are retreating toward Kreminna and Rubizhne under heavy Ukrainian drone strikes.
OSINT analysts estimate nearly 190 km² of gains for Ukraine.
@maternalgroyp The correct solution is to put those makers in a box in storage room and tell the kids they were thrown out. Kids will cry and learn a hard lesson. Then a couple weeks later “buy” the markers for again (take out of a box). The kids won’t ever leave them laying around again.
Argentina’s monthly inflation went from 25.5% in Milei’s first month to 1.7% in August 2026.
As expected when government stops printing pesos to cover the deficit.
Fiscal surplus first, then prices stop sprinting.
The “experts” who called this “austerity theater” now have 33 months of INDEC data to explain away.
Russians in the Baltic states aren't even a legitimate minority. They are remnants of an occupying force that refuses to leave.
Giving them minority rights is very generous.
