@IA4LProject I love dancing, and I actually really enjoy workouts that are adaptive to the tempo of another person, mirroring each other. It takes the "work" out of it. :) I'm still learning how to adapt this approach for the classroom though.

@IA4LProject I find it much easier to experience flow in an inter-activity if I enter the activity with an open mind and no expectations, because then I'm free just to enjoy the moment and movement. Music definitely helps though; the beat inspires the rhythm.
