Pathetic @Uber . Driver Took the longest route, he could take. Tentative amount was Rs. 31 . I got charged for Rs. 64.50. I told driver why r u taking long route. He simply said I will follow the Uber guided route only. @Uber_Support Please refund my extra charged amount.

Almost all of #olacab drivers in #bangalore are continuously (non-stop) talking on the phone while driving. This is a major hazard for the passengers. And a safety issue. I wonder what kind of training and briefing is given to these drivers?

Why you want phone permission at start? This statement "phone permission will let you us verify your Ola account" doesn't justify why you need the phone access? And on the other hand you are using otp verification so I don't think you need phone access to do that.. @Olacabs
