@hoezeth With my kids and their Uni flats I’ve taken photos on arrival and photos when we have left, on the 3 times they have tried to not give deposit back I’ve had the evidence! One guy stood his ground until my husband sent him the pic of the illegal boiler and copied in the council!

So disappointed in the @VirginMoney bereavement service! I’ve been to a branch 8/6 and filled in paperwork and was told someone would contact me Monday ( so 10/6)no, so I rang Friday & all the chap did was moan that they were taking over Nationwide & he had more work to do! 🤷‍♀️

Google Translate has to be the worst thing, just recorded a huge sentence and the translate App, literally just said “Form him!” Doesn’t even make sense in English lol 😂 Any better translation Apps out there?

@EkinSharen49263 @virginmedia I WAS with them from the time they took over NTL so the 90’s but they wouldn’t come down from £117 a month for our package! So they lost our loyalty! It’s the final bill we are arguing about sadly!

Things you can do when on hold to @virginmedia Get dressed, put on make up, clean teeth, get shop’g from delivery guy, put away shop’g, lock up house, switch to car phone, drive 10 mins to your Mum, unpack her shopping, sit & chat, drive home &make coffee! So don’t send a survey
