Not only was this a complete pass, the ball 🏈 did not pop out with force until the receiver landed on it! 😮 The “close-ups” in the actual replay even showed the receiver holding the ball tight to his chest with zero bobbles. Clear recovered fumble! #PennState #OhioState

Will Howard takes it himself, initially ruled a touchdown, but after replay, it's called a fumble that went out of bounds in the end zone, giving Penn State the ball on a touchback.

Refs have made 2 awful calls against Penn ST that have led to 10 Ohio ST points. It’s not even up for debate that those calls directly led to Ohio ST points. First one was 4th down second one was a fumble. We have to let the players decide the games. Officiating has been putrid.

The refs need to be investigated in the #pennstate vs #ohiostate game. 5 missed pass interferences, multiple missed holds, extremely quick reviews on completions, non-interceptions and a fumble where the back clearly had possession.

Looks like Ohio State’s check cleared. Penn State doesn’t get a PI call, but then Penn State gets called for taunting by stepping over a player after the tackle. That step over happens every game and I never see it called.

Obv a lot of the game was on coaching and the players but that was some of the most bias officiating I’ve ever seen, I get you want to “let them play” but my god Penn state is being grabbed on every play. Plus that soft ass unsportsmanlike call, gave them 7 points

I shut it off at half time. Watched several pass interference by Ohio State not called, announcers stating the referees letting it go “letting the players play.” In the interim several BS calls went against PS, no comment.

Nobody wins or loses games solely based on the officiating, but the officiating in the Ohio State-Penn State game is so skewed towards Ohio State that it is embarrassing. That taunting call was seriously ridiculous.
