Trying not to get replaced by my agents
CEO @ FirstTouch - Trigger and track LinkedIn outreach safely inside your CRM, AI agents, or even your own product.
@arvidkahl the adversarial agent reviews can become a mess maybe im just bad at it, but the agents can become confused on the best path and one bad recomendation can become implemented if the main review agent is convinced using false assumptions.
Just my 2 cents
@levie the automation engineer also becomes the automation maintenance guy very quickly. Agents need supervision and they decay over time especially if you are building them on top of processes that are dynamic
@jasonlk i think agents are actually the one thing id recommend people do build (or at least the brain part) and then plug it into tooling that others build. Its too important to outsource
@coldemailchris we run a lot of our gtm through claude like this. the biggest challenge is gtm changes monthly and strategies stop working quickly so you need to maintain it a lot for it to keep being effective
@Shefali__J@PacktPublishing we run a lot of our gtm through claude and hubspot like this. writing the skill is sig easier than having it logged/tracked/attributed and maintained is when it gets rough
gotcha makes sense. Its sometimes hard to determine the quality of the seller when they can hide behind the product and outperform "good" sales practices
At klaviyo i abandoned a lot of "good" things because it slowed down the deal when people were just wanting the product and ready to pay if they liked what they saw
Starting to look at our Salesforce integration. Can't wait to bring this to the Salesforce ecosystem its going to really help brands trying to make LinkedIn a real channel. The biggest issue is how complex SF is compared to HubSpot, going to be a lot of fun dev calls for the next few months
@hnshah an approval layer is huge when you start connecting tools to AI. Its why we have been so adamant about having human approvals built natively into our MCP and API
