A5: Have never seen so many people outside on the bike trails! And NEVER seen so many strangers smiling and waving to each other (keeping their social distance of course). A nice side effect of our current situation. @Humanex #hx_v

A6: A few weeks ago at Walgreens, helped a partially blind person find the right allergy med on the shelf. Then was behind him at the register and spotted him a few bucks so he could get the meds and his diet coke - he really wanted the coke :) @Humanex #hx_v

A4: My 'self-love' practice is at 5 am every morning - hitting the pavement/gym/yoga mat. Melts away the stress and gets my head ready for the day.

A3: Personally it's my mom Betty - she volunteers in her community, is an amazing grandmother, and incredibly selfless. At Humanex I think of Megan Guthrie @megvoch - not a kinder person who devotes her time & energy to our team each day! @Humanex #hx_v

A2: To have someone give you their time is my favorite form of kindness. Knowing someone wants to spend their time with you is incredible. I got asked for a special 'daddy-daughter' date last Friday night - made my day to get that time with her! @humanex #hx_v
