@MeanestTA The book Happy Gut by Dr. Vincent Pedre covers excellent science and realistic lifestyle changes about this, I found it very helpful! https://t.co/0eYnREJ28P
@MeanestTA There’s absolutely a connection! I worked with a functional nutritionist and a therapist for the past 18 months to work on both areas. The gut produces 90% of our serotonin so getting my gut microbiome back in balance hugely reduced my anxiety and depression.
Emotional self care is important and it’s less talked about because it doesn’t always feel good and it isn’t always easy.

This thread will be dedicated to the victims of the mass shooting in Buffalo.

COMING SOON…Time to get excited about SUMMIT next week! We are looking forward to the ENERGY our partners will bring to enhance the #hxvsummit21 experience this year!! Check out the agenda!
A6: I got lucky finding @humanex and its amazing culture as an intern 9 years ago, but I know what seems like magic on the outside has taken years of intentional development from the inside. Love this team and can't imagine my work life without them! #hx_v
A5: @humanex we work hard to develop our teammates and client partners all day, every day! When you Select, Grow, and Multiply like us, you don't have to rely on luck to make great things happen for people. #hx_v
A4: Luck can't be influenced. But talent CAN be developed by creating opportunities to use these patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in ways that come naturally to people. That helps them contribute today and become who they want to be tomorrow. @Humanex#hx_v
A3: If I were merely hiring I'd rely on resumes to learn about a candidate's past experience. But since I intentionally select instead of just hiring, I rely on talent assessments to understand who the person really is and wants to become. @humanex#hx_v
A2: Organizations that rely on luck have high turnover and inconsistent performance, but organizations that rely on talent have strong performance and healthier cultures. @humanex#hx_v
A1: @humanex we definitely have a selection strategy--always looking for one more like our best with a focus on talent first and foremost. Knowledge and skills can be taught, so strong talents are the essential foundation! #hx_v
