🚨🗣️😳 #TAKING ISSUE — Shane Lowry says that Aronimink has been setup “pretty poorly” at this week’s PGA Championship.
Do you agree with Shane? @LowryTracker
I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say that this is one of the greatest broadcast opens in the history of sports television.
What a perfect 75 seconds. The pictures. The music. The voice of Jim Nantz.
Absolute chills.
I followed Cam the final three holes today and was amazed at how much support he was getting. Heard one patron shout “AMERICAN HERO” on 17 tee. Massive roar after he holed the birdie on 16, too. it honestly felt like he was the guy they want to win tomorrow.
Ended up asking him if he felt that was the case heading into tomorrow - was surprised by this answer. I really think it won’t be as pro-Rory as he thinks. Between bethpage and the Players, people are really taking to his vibe.
Some folks don’t understand the feeling of the amount of confidence you have to have, the countless hours you put into something you are committed to all year round to only get 17 chances to have an opportunity to play in something you always dreamed of as a kid, and that’s to play in the Super Bowl. 17 understands he has a short window to jump back into formation to put the same hustle, desire, and hunger to stamp his Hall of Fame career with the hopes of playing in the Super Bowl. I know that whenever I see guys who played in the Super Bowl and won the Super Bowl, that’s a badge of honor. You came together as a team to win the Super Bowl. I can promise the best team who held up the Lombardi trophy never cared about individual accomplishments, no matter how great they knew they were. I encourage athletes to find your role, know your role, respect your role, and understand it’s Team, Team, Team, Team. I respect the team because they find ways to leave their individual drama at the door and sacrifice the time that was needed to have a chance… it’s a lot of pain and sacrificing behind those tears! Adams, first ballot..it’s more to his legacy, and I respect it! You got more than enough time..boss 💪🏿
“Everybody would just remember me as the guy who took all this money and went to Miami or Tennessee for his last year. But I was a captain. I put my hand and footprints in the cement at Denny Chimes. I would have lost everything that I built at Alabama.” — Ty Simpson
