Below are some of the precepts of CRT/DEI that Florida law rejected. The 11th Circuit claims its a 1st Amendment requirement that such nonsense be taught in public universities. What a joke.

Judge Barbara Lagoa issued a strong dissent against the 11th Circuit panel’s decision that purports to stop Florida from eliminating woke indoctrination from state universities.

She correctly calls out the majority opinion for attempting to transfer the power to determine the proper curriculum at state universities from those elected by the people to unelected federal judges.

That is a complete non-starter.
