@Metro_Fibre @CellC_Support My fibre cable was damaged by another service provider. Metrofibre came out but can't fix it as they need to pull a new cable. I need this sorted asap and am not going to wait a week because of someone else's fault and incompetence. Please make arrangements for Friday.

@vumatel either your company or a contractor using your infrastructure cut or damaged my fibre line. I have to work and am unable to do so now. Please find out who worked in Inyati Sands Douglasdale yesterday around 15:00. They must come out to repair their damage today!

@Lindi403 @unisa Complete lack of foresight. Some people do up to 12 modules a year. Insane amount of juggling to submit all assignments for the year at the same time and study for exams all written at the same time. Not even talking about overlapping dates etc.

Wow @unisa how do you expect students to pass when you have first and second semester module assignments due at the same time?! And on top of that all the exams for both semesters also written at the same time instead of split over the year per semester. Wow. Harsh.

@CellC_Support @CellC unstable fibre connection keeps disconnecting/reconnecting for long periods on @Metro_Fibre in Magaliessig Jhb. Yes have rebooted the router etc. Can you sort this out?
