@TMCaTweetAway we in prakruti park on brahmand patlipada link road are having a stray dog menace more than 10 stray dogs inside prakruti park who attack our children when they run and play inside the premises. please provide a solution to relocate these stray dogs.

@makemytripcare Have you ever tried to call up airlines as a customer? Probably not. That's why you don't know how many hours waiting que is there for callers. @makemytrip has not even cared to forward my date change request to the airlines. And you are putting it on me.

@makemytripcare Dear Ms. Janhavi my flight was on 27th 7.30 pm. Please explain how can a request raised on 25th at 8.57pm be considered as not allowable withing 24 hours.?

Also please tell why should a passenger suffer loss due to no action by MMT?

You cannot call @makemytripcare because they are too busy to handle queries and instead direct you to online services.

Online services do not respond to your queries because you are no one for them.

Again @MakeMyTrip disappoints me.

They called in noon saying that date change charges will be waived off by @AirIndia and @MakeMyTrip and only fate difference will be charged. They asked me to wait for call back in an hour. But no one called and now I cannot change the date.
