As usual ur team has messed the vehicle & created new problem, car is full of stain and the ORVM knob is not working just like your service center. I fail to understand the incompetence.

Tatamotors-Introspect service center (Zedex Wazirpur). The car went for normal service & sensor issue & came without fixing sensor issue & additional faulty music control, went again and yet to come on their mercy if they choose to respond

Why is there no ownership and commitment to deliver the timely and quality service ?

@jaagograhakjago this is extreme harassment by incompetent @TataMotors to service the car, everytime car went to their service center came back with new issue. Hope u knw this is not the only thing in life to waste time. Can u intervene as @TataMotors have no courtesy to respond.

Car came without resolving the earlier issue along with complementary new problems. What a pathetic level of skills you have. And your team has no courtesy to even respond, just std scripts

@tata_cars 4 days and still counting @Schandr80504296 the level of irresponsibility by @TataMotors and 13days from your service center . Can you wake up to respond to what work has been done on my car and can you guarantee that no tempering has been done in any way with the car ??

@sony_india Mr Sunil Nayyar, had exceptionally poor & degraded service experience from Sony regarding service complaint for Bravia tv. They took 11 days just to replace Tcon & delivered the TV with a complementary problem by damaging the speaker. Time to reflect on your service

Hello Tata motors. You need serious upskilling of people at service center (Zedex Wazirpur), they have made a mess out of my car. The car went for normal service & came with dead speakers, went again and came with faulty controls + again.

@tata_cars @Schandr80504296 you have asked time to check and get back. Now it’s more than 1.5 months and absolutely no response. This is true reflection of your customer service and quality of Tata cars. Very unfortunate to see the downside of Tatas legacy. Shameful to be Tata customer.

@tata_cars @Schandr80504296 sent details via DM but have lost my faith in Tata cars completely. No matter how good a car is but the service capabilities are disastrous. Never buy again. How can you create the fault in full working car. Everytime it goes to workshop it comes with a new fault

Myntra, can you stop fooling and cheating the customer . You havn’t delivered the product and I have notified same day. It’s more then 10 days and you are asking more time to do investigation and doing nothing. Need the refund.
