@British_Airways arrive in Dubai at midnight with wife & 4 month old baby, to find all 4 items of checked baggage are lost or delayed. No car seat, baby food, nappies, or any clothes for us to wear. Now the claims/reporting portal isn’t working. Cheers guys. What a disgrace!!!
