Interested in what makes products succeed, how they grow, & why good ideas fail. ๐ฆ๐บ
@pcshipp we use Codex across the whole stack; Cloudflare (workers, d1, durable obj, etc), turnstile, stripe, workos, X API etc, and it gets it right, almost every time. Cant really fault it.
@robj3d3 I wanted one, & after some research and also @jonathan_wilke post about it earlier, I now don't. Just got to convince my wife now, who wants it, to not get one ๐
Sick of bad #AI taste?? ๐คฎ
I've found a technique in getting far better UI/UX quality on #WebDesign for my #SaaS project ๐
1โฃ use chatgpt in the browser to produce 10 separate mockup images of the page (bonus tip: link page)
2โฃ pick the best, then ask for the background assets, & image assets with transparent bg
3โฃ supply codex with overall mockup + individual assets, ask to update the page to closely follow your mockup and using your supplied artwork if req'd.
This GREATLY encourages #Codex (I'm using impeccable) to produce excellent designs! ๐
AI has made starting ridiculously easy, but sticking with something when it's going nowhere? That's still just as hard as ever. I reckon determination will end up being a bigger advantage than knowing how to code. Plenty of people can build an app now. Far fewer will keep at it until they've got something people actually want.
