@LuciaBeee Unfortunately @AmericanAir is awful and this is sadly the most effort I have seen them put in any issues lately. Profits > people. I can’t wait for the day I never have to fly and can let my worthless status for this airline die.
@svcatpd@madisonteacher@AmericanAir We never get upgraded because when there are still seats available they sell them off for $75. I rarely see upgrades. Purely profit driven and could give two fucks about loyalty.
