@AbdulElSayedHQ Universal background checks need to be equal. In California it takes 30 days to have a check done. In Minnesota it takes 15 minutes. As a former FBI approved FFL user I did many background checks in Minnesota. It's easy and California is just archaic.

It's public record how many abortions and at what stage they were done. There isn't HIPAA as identifying patient info isn't given.
