@suzipod I think it’s also because a false accusation is extremely difficult to prove. And those statistics are only for proven false accusations. There will be many many more unproven false accusations.

@EE first router we received after a delay was faulty. Got another today after and the internet’s not working. Apparently it’s the signal and the engineers still haven’t fixed it. Pretty terrible service really as a first customer. Over a week without WiFi.

@RosieLauren20 @5WrightStuff I understand what you mean. It seems like a lot of the time doctors seem scripted too, when you actually need to talk to someone that understands you, not just someone telling you what they think you want to hear.
