@LiveAncestral I had a baked potato with my ribeye last week when visiting family in California. I ate it, enjoyed it, didn't beat myself up and cry in the shower after.
It was 65 carbs, not the end of the world.
Just because you hear people say eating meat is too expensive doesn't mean it's true.
Buy whatever is on sale and learn to cook, it's not that hard.
Exhibit A: Surf and turf with a side of Cauli mash for $15. Easy peazy.
wtf 89% of avocado oil products were fake- full of seed oils.
chips, mayos, salad dressings. avocado oil is having a crisis of quality control right now. best to avoid.
opt for tallow or olive oil brands, much better quality overall based on the research I have seen.
@paulsaladinomd People complaining that factory processed food isn't "pure" are like me bringing home a hooker and complaining that she's not a christian.
This post is very misleading. The study did not say 89% of products on store shelves are cut with cheaper oils. It states “processed foods” like chips and snacks that list avocado oil as an ingredient were mixed. Mostly due to 3rd party vendors.
The photo makes it appear like pure oils were tested, not in this study.
